AWMS was developed by I40SaaS, a startup born in 2019 and which in 2020 became part of the Zucchetti group, the first software house in Italy.
Today we are a company of 40 people with the ambition of becoming the first player in Europe in workforce management in production plants.

Our history
AWMS was born from the collaboration between WMF specialists and the managers of manufacturing companies to achieve a common goal: to improve the work of people in factories.</ p>
The story of AWMS begins in the Electrolux factories. The multinational was looking for a reliable and dynamic reality to develop a solution that would help them manage the planning of its workers and at the same time guarantee them flexibility and speed.
From that moment a long and solid collaboration was born which led to the development of AWMS, today the first vertical WFM platform in the world of the manufacturing.
AWMS not only arises from the real needs of the people of the factory, but is co-designed and implemented together with the managers of establishment to respond optimally to their needs and objectives.
People are the part more important than our work: we have always put listening to our customers first. We continuously improve and implement AWMS, to better respond to every new need of the people who work every day in manufacturing industries.
Sustainability
AWSS is a Carbon Neutral company
In AWMS we are convinced that innovation and technology are drivers for promoting sustainability and that there can be no digital transformation without sustainability.
This is why we have decided to be an active part in this change, which must become a priority for all of us, through the calculation and compensation of the impact of CO2 emissions.

This has allowed us to become a certified Carbon Neutral company, a small step towards new and increasingly sustainable projects.
To offset its emissions, AWMS supports the Maísa REDD+ project to promote Amazonian forest conservation.
