AWMS’s skill matrix is a visual, intuitive and instantaneous visual tool that helps you to keep track of the skills and competencies of your team, classifying them into various levels.
The skill matrix automatically updates operators’ skills based on the activities performed in the course of the day. There is also an option that allows you to alert the Team Head and ask for approval of skill advancement. Furthermore, it digitalises and tracks initial training and specific certification according to machine.
