The Azzurra app is available in two variants: Azzurra Staff, which is dedicated to factory operators, and Azzurra Leader, which was developed specifically to meet the needs of Team Leaders and managers.
Azzurra Staff
The workforce virtual assistant dedicated to Staff.
For the factory workforce, Azzurra provides a direct and engaging way to communicate with their company. By interfacing directly with AWMS, Azzurra Staff allows staff to manage their absences, consult schedules and read communications with total autonomy. This improves information tracking and eliminates paperwork.
Absences request
Azzurra makes it easy to manage absence requests, thanks to a simplified interface that allows staff to choose the type of absence, the day and time, and to enter any notes to improve communication with their manager.
Planning
Workers can consult their schedules so that they are always aware of the station and shift assigned for the day. In addition, the calendar allows staff to easily understand when they are scheduled.
Communications and surveys
With a simple and familiar interface, Azzurra encourages communication between the company and staff by sending Communications and Questionnaires.
Azzurra Leader
The workforce virtual assistant dedicated to Managers.
Azzurra Leader combines the benefits of AWMS with the ease of use and immediacy of a smartphone application. The interface is divided into two macro-sections which distinguish between the actions I will have to do today and what happens today.
Absences management
Azzurra Leader allows the managers to view all details related to their team’s schedule, with indications of contingencies and operators not assigned to any location.
Planning
It is possible to manage absence requests by simply clicking on the absence widget and confirming or rejecting them. Azzurra Leader provides all the information you need to make more effective, data-driven decisions.
Communications and surveys
Azzurra improves communication with your workers by providing a flexible and easy-to-use communication sending system. Through the appropriate section, you can send communication and questionnaires, tracking their readings and responses.
