EFFICIENCY
AWMS calculates and draws up a dynamic easy-to-read report which shows you efficiency levels organised according to operator and cost centre.
Efficiency is calculated on the basis of the number of hours performed according to department and the hours transferred or worked by each operator as regards each cost centre.
The Efficiency report allows you to analyse daily activities and presents information in a single chart, giving details of the number of hours worked by operators for their cost centre, the hours worked for another cost centre, to which cost centre an operator was lent and the hours of absence for each individual.
This overview, which shows scheduled staff members with a breakdown of their daily activities, allows you to draw comparisons with stock booked in and calculate an efficiency rate for the departments.
Furthermore, efficiency date can be calculated with a daily or weekly time horizon according to your needs.
